House Rules and Policies

At 2 Treehouse LLC, we are committed to providing a peaceful and enjoyable environment.  Our rules are designed to respect the property, the neighborhood, and the comfort of future guests.  We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards during your visit to our facility.

What are the most important things guests need to know to have a great stay and ensure everyone enjoys the property?

  • To ensurea fantastic experience for all, please observe the following rules:


    -  No shoes inside the house
    -  No smoking anywhere within the facility
    -  No pets
    -  No parties or events.
    -  No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.  Please message us with your guest's ID if you plan to have them over.
    -  We also kindly request to observe quiet time from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.

      -  We kindly ask guests not to open window or raise/lower blinds.  Guests can let in more sunlight if desire by twisting blind rod.

What is your check in and check out time?

Please kindly observe our check-in and check-out policy.  This allow our cleaner adequate time to make facility the best possible for you and our future guests.


Check-In:  Anytime after 4 p.m.

Check-Out:  10:00 a.m.

What is the policy regarding children and minors on the property?

Children are welcome at your property, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around any elevated area or unique features fo the facility.  Safety is our top priority.  Maximum 1 child.

  • Rocakabye Baby Rentals (281.550.7885):  A premier provider operating since 2005, delivering high-quality, sanitized, full-size and mini-cribs directly to lcation
  • Baby's Away Houston (1.888.847.8266): Specializes in short and long-term/corporate rentals, offering full-size wooden cribs, Pak 'n Plays, and other equ9ip[ment with local setup
  • BabyQuip (Houston): Features independent qualityu providers offering diverse rental packages, including cribs with luxury mattresses (e.g. Newton) and, in some cases, full gear packages including strollers and high chairs.
  • Traveling Baby Company (1.800.304.4866): Offers secure, sanitized, full-sizecribs and Pack 'n Play with professional setup.

How can guests help us keep the treehouse looking its best during their visit?

While we encourage you to fully enjoy our facility, please notify us of any issues that arise during your stay.  We also kihndly ask that you leave the property nice and tidy when you depart, helping us maintain its beauty for future guests.   All trash must be disposed in provided trash container.  Please wipe up any wet areas on the floor as prolong water exposure can damage floor.  Coasters are provided for you to use.  Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

 Do you allow pets or animals?

To maintain and uphold our standard and quality of service for our current and future customers, we request NO pets on premise.

How do I access facility?

For the safety of our guests, a special unique code will be provided to access the front and back entrance.  Enter the four digit code follow by check mark located at lower right hand corner of deadbolt keypad.  Deadbolt will reactivate after 1 minute if left unlocked.

Is there a policy about parking on the property?

Adequate parking for up to 3 vehiccles is available inside the gated driveway.  Street parking next to facility is also possible but not recommended.  On street parking is at your own risk and discretion.  Please adhere to designated parking areas to ensure clear access for all guests and emergency vehicles.  Do not block neighboring properties.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

In case of an emergency please dial 9-1-1 immediately.  Please familiarize yourself with safety equipment upon arrival.  Beloware additional contact information for city of Houston.

Are there any restrictions on noise levels?

We ask that guests be mindful of noise levels, particularly during the designated quiet hours from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.  This ensures a peaceful environment for all guests and respect for our neighbors.
