Part 1: Leaving the Airport

  1. Exit IAH on John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
  2. Merge onto the Sam Houston Tollway West (Beltway 8) via the ramp to your right. 

Part 2: Highway Route

  1. Take the ramp onto I-69/US-59 South toward Downtown Houston.
  2. Travel on I-69/US-59 S for about 10 miles.
  3. Take the exit for I-610 West.
  4. Merge onto the I-610 North Loop West.
  5. Continue on I-610 W for about 4 miles. 

Part 3: Arriving at Nashua Street 

  1. Take Exit 15 for North Durham Drive / North Shepherd Drive
  2. Stay straight and merge onto the N Loop West feeder road.
  3. Turn left onto N Durham Drive (going south).
  4. Turn left onto Nashua Street
  5. Arrive at 1345 Nashua Street on your right

Directions from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)


Part 1: Leaving the Airport

  1. Exit HOU onto Airport Boulevard.
  2. Merge onto I-45 North toward Downtown Houston.

Part 2: Highway Route

  1. Travel on I-45 N for approximately 6 miles.
  2. Take Exit 47B for I-10 West toward San Antonio.
  3. Merge onto I-10 West.
  4. Continue on I-10 W for about 3 miles.
  5. Take Exit 765A for I-610 North.
  6. Merge onto I-610 North.

Part 3: Arriving at Nashua Street

  1. Take exit 765B toward North Shepherd Drive / Durham Drive.
  2. Merge onto the Katy Freeway Service Road, 
  3. Use the right lanes to turn right onto N Shepherd Dr.
  4. Turn left onto 13th Street..
  5. Turn right onto Nashua Street. 
  6. Arrive at 1345 Nashua Street on your left.
